URK Immigration was founded on one premise: that the quality of legal preparation at the time of application filing determines outcomes more than any other factor. We serve a predominantly family-class clientele — spouses, common-law partners, parents, and children navigating some of the most emotionally significant immigration processes IRCC administers.
Our team combines Law Society of Ontario licensed lawyers with CICC-regulated immigration consultants (CICC# R710497), giving clients access to the right expertise for their specific file. We serve clients across the GTA and internationally in over 25 countries. Consultations are available by phone, video call, and in person at our Brampton office.
Our Philosophy
Every application we submit has gone through a minimum of three internal reviews. We do not file applications we are not confident in. When a file falls outside our practice area, we say so.
